Chart Cruises does not set any cookies. We do not use cookie-based tracking, session cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service. Plausible does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. All data is aggregated — no individual visitors are tracked.

Affiliate Links

When you click a booking link on Chart Cruises, you are redirected through Impact.com, our affiliate tracking partner. This redirect is server-side — no tracking cookies are set in your browser. Impact.com may log the click on their servers to attribute commissions. We earn a commission when you complete a booking through these links at no additional cost to you.

CDN and Hosting

Chart Cruises is hosted on DigitalOcean App Platform. Standard server access logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp) are collected by the hosting infrastructure for operational purposes. We do not use these logs for tracking or analytics.

Third-Party Services

We load fonts from Google Fonts and a JavaScript library from jsDelivr CDN. These services may log standard request data (IP address) per their own privacy policies.

Data We Collect

None. Chart Cruises has no user accounts, no forms, no email collection, and no personal data storage.
